How to return a package to Posch Care?
Posch Care provides easy access to the “Return Policy” to the customers, wherein you can get your product returned by placing a “Return Request” within 15 days of the delivery. We accept partial returns as well as the returns of the entire package on valid concerns.

Step 2: Showcase the Order ID details, and your request for return/replace. Send your invoice and image of the product for clarity of the situation.
Step 3: Our rider will pick the products from you and give you the replacement for it.
Products can only be eligible for return if they are deemed to have been received in the damaged, defective, expired state or if incorrect products have been delivered.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories .
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Product is used or altered
- If the request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery
- Free product provided by the brand is not returned
