Return Policy

You are entitled to return Posch Care products only if…

  1. The product delivered to you is wrong – like if you have ordered something else, and we have mistakenly delivered something else. In this case, return is granted.
  2. The product delivered is right but in a bad or unacceptable condition – like the product delivered is damaged, soiled, or else – in this condition we will happily (with apology) accept the return/s from you.
  3. The product is unsealed, opened or the package has scratches – like if somebody tried to open or forged the Posch Care seal.

We WON’T entertain the exchange if…

  1. The product received is half/fully opened or has scratches on it seal/package – like if someone tried to open
  2. Your returned product is damaged, especially in the case of delivering the wrong product.
  3. The product has been used, even slightly, to taste/check.
