You are entitled to return Posch Care products only if…
- The product delivered to you is wrong – like if you have ordered something else, and we have mistakenly delivered something else. In this case, return is granted.
- The product delivered is right but in a bad or unacceptable condition – like the product delivered is damaged, soiled, or else – in this condition we will happily (with apology) accept the return/s from you.
- The product is unsealed, opened or the package has scratches – like if somebody tried to open or forged the Posch Care seal.
We WON’T entertain the exchange if…
- The product received is half/fully opened or has scratches on it seal/package – like if someone tried to open
- Your returned product is damaged, especially in the case of delivering the wrong product.
- The product has been used, even slightly, to taste/check.
